Most installation or troubleshooting guidance can be easily found using the free version of any major AI platform. For the most accurate and step-by-step results, we recommend consulting ChatGPT or Grok. These tools can help guide software installation, configuration, and quick problem-solving. However, always ensure that any changes or installations you perform comply with BGG's IT policies and security standards.

Your BGG email account provides SSO access to most company applications
When accessing company tools, always use "Sign in with Google" option
Contact IT if SSO is not working for any application
Some BGG tools require Microsoft account access
Use your @bggworld.com email to create/link Microsoft account
Ensure consistent password policies across all accounts

If you require access to Right Networks and QuickBooks Enterprise for accounting or finance operations, please follow the procedure below to request your account setup.
For secure remote access, always use the BGG VPN and ensure your device has encryption enabled and two-factor authentication (2FA) active for all accounts. When connecting remotely, only use secure Wi-Fi networks.
